Roster Submission for the 2021 / 2022 Season
Starting with the 2012 / 2013 TCBL Season, team rosters will only be accepted on Excel Spreadsheets as csv files.

The Roster Template should be used to enter information for players, coaches, assistant coaches and team managers.
Mandatory information to be included for each player is listed below. Rosters that do NOT contain the mandatory information for each player will NOT be loaded and will be returned to the team as incomplete.
Please note that multiple teams can be submitted on one Roster Template as long as the players, coaches, assistant coaches and team managers are grouped together and each team has it's own name.
Please indicate the team(s) contained in the Roster Template including team name and division (i.e. Scarsdale Heat Boys 7th Grade AA 2021, etc.).

The following fields must be contained on the Roster Template for each player:

Grade (4,5,6,7,8)

No (enter player's uniform number)

The following fields must be contained on the Roster Template for each coach, assistant coach and team manager:

Team (i.e. Yorktown 7th Boys A 2021)
Position (Coach, Asst Coach, Manager)
Review Roster
After the rosters have been loaded by the TCBL, rosters can be viewed on the web site.
Select the Roster Menu Item under the Team tab.
Near the top of the page will be three selection boxes for:
Season – select 2021 / 2022 Season
League – choose your TCBL League – i.e. 5th Boys A 2021
Team - choose your Team – i.e. Armonk Bobcats
The team information (contact, roster, etc.) will be displayed on the page.
