PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

Individual player eligibility is determined by a player’s grade in school. Players are allowed to “play up” (i.e. play in a higher age group) but can not move down to a younger age group.

Players must meet the geographic requirements set forth under “TEAM ELIGIBILITY.”

Players can play for only one TCBL team during the same season.

For every rostered player, proof of age and/or address (copy of either an original or certified birth certificate, passport, and/or other proof of address) must be made available to TCBL upon request.

High school players are eligible to play in TCBL provided all requirements are satisfied. Prior to the start of the season, coaches/program directors must report to TCBL the name of any high school (freshman, JV, varsity) players on their roster. Any varsity players will be reviewed by TCBL to confirm their participation is consistent with TCBL’s mission and competitive spirit.

Any appeals based on the above criteria will be reviewed by the TCBL Board. Please note the deadline to file an appeal is 11/4/22.
